Where does the funding for this project come from?
At present, the Passion For Health project is being privately funded by the directors. That said, the directors are most keen to attract sponsorship from organisations, companies and individuals who share our ambitions of celebrating those with a Passion For Health. Please visit the Support Us page for more information.
What guarantees do we have that you won't attract sponsors with whom I have moral or ethical concerns about?
We appreciate that passionate people rarely want their passion associated with organisations with a problematic moral/ethical history. As such, we have instituted a strict Sponsorship Policy to allay such concerns.
Can I contribute an anonymous interview (e.g. voice only)?
At this stage, Passion For Health is focussed on collecting video interviews, but will review this policy as the site develops.
Why should I contribute, I don't have anything important to say?
We've so far found that it is those who believe they have the least to contribute who have provided the most inspiring expression of their passion. Hence, if you think you don't have anything important to offer, then please get in contact with us - you're exactly the sort of person we want to interview!
Why should I contribute, I might get in trouble with my superiors?
We understand that not all health workplaces encourage an atmosphere of openness. We expect the Passion For Health platform to allow those involved in the health enterprise to express positive examples of how they have maintained their passion, rather than as a place to vent concerns about the system per se.
The video won't play - what's wrong?
Videos on Passion For Health are streamed through an Adobe Flash player. For the best viewing experience, we suggest you install the latest version of Adobe Flash after removing any old versions you've installed.
Please uninstall Flash completely before reinstalling the latest version.
